Mrs. Lucille “Lucy” M. Stacy, 85, of Rochester passed away at 8:20 p.m. Thursday, March 3, 2016, at Woodlawn Hospital of Rochester. On Dec, 15, 1930, Lucille was born in Franklin Park, Ill., to a cherished daughter of Eufemio and Rafaela Garcia Satoyo.
