Lucille E. Searfoss, 93, of Syracuse, Ind., passed away at 9:20 a.m. Wednesday, April 10, 2013, at Millers’ Merry Manor in Syracuse. She was born Nov. 22, 1919, in Syracuse to Ross W. and Esther C.
