Lucile M. Blocher, 87, died at 4:25 a.m. Sunday, June 21, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. She was born Oct. 18, 1927, in Minot, N. D. to Lawrence and Alice (Moore) Wray, both deceased. On June 4, 1944, she married Ray M. Blocher. He died on Jan. 11, 2010. She is survived by her …read more.
