WARSAW – WCHS senior distance ace Lucas Howett will continue his running career at Western Illinois University.

TERRE HAUTE – The Warsaw duo of Lucas Howett and Mia Beckham, along with Wawasee’s Luke Griner, competed in Saturday’s IHSAA Cross Country State Finals.

NEW CARLISLE – Warsaw’s Lucas Howett punched his ticket to the State Finals with a fine showing in the New Prairie Cross Country Semistate Saturday.

NEW CARLISLE – Warsaw’s boys fell a couple feet short of another trip to the IHSAA state cross country finals. The Tigers finished seventh at Saturday’s New Prairie Semi-state, missing the cut for a state meet trip by one place. Warsaw’s Zeb Hernandez and Owen Glogovsky, however, did qualify for state as individuals.
