Lowell R. “Bud” Strombeck, 81, of North Webster, Ind., passed away at 1 p.m. Sunday, May 12, 2013, at his home. He was born Dec. 18, 1931, in Pierceton, Ind., to Wayne and Ethel (Shuder) Strombeck.
