Lowell D. Galloway, 84, of Kendallville, passed away at 10:40 a.m. Thursday, July 23, at Parkview Noble Hospital in Kendallville. He was born on June 30, 1931, to Harvey and Bernice (McFarren) Galloway in Cromwell. On Aug. 31, 1972, Lowell married Denice Baker-Linn. She survives.
