Lois (Garber) Byler, 88, New Paris, died 2:28 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 15, 2015, at IU Health Goshen Hospital. She was born Feb. 12, 1927, in Low Point, Ill. to Joe and Frieda (Cordes) Garber.
