Staff Report WARSAW – Kosciusko County 4-H leaders have announced the final winners in this year’s livestock contests. The Grand Champion Dairy Steer winner was Jared Beer, Milford, Reserve Champion Dairy Steer winner was Justin Beer, Milford. Results from the auction were not yet available. North Webster Day Care Center received a $970 grant from the K21 Health Foundation, Warsaw, to go toward the purchase of a new commercial refrigerator. The new appliance helps the day care provide healthy meals and snacks for the children who attend the nonprofit facility.
