Larry D. Bradley, 56, passed away at 7:37 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2012, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind. He was born Feb. 22, 1956, in Chicago, Ill., to J.W. and Diane (Bradley) Phillips.
