Lance D. Knoop, 54, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 7:03 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2014, in his residence. On Feb. 2, 1960, he was born in Warsaw to Burl and Louise (Waite) Knoop.
