WARSAW — Kosciusko REMC lineman Brian Heiman recently completed the Rural Electric Apprenticeship Program, offered through the Indiana Electric Cooperatives. REAP is a four-year program that professionally trains apprentice lineworkers from across Indiana. Kosciusko REMC CEO and President Bruce Goslee recently promoted Kurt Carver to Manager of Operations and Engineering.  Carver brings with him 33 years of experience, having worked at KREMC since 1980, in the Operations Department.
