As of 9 a.m. today, Kosciusko County’s Watch Level (orange) has been reduced to the Advisory Level (yellow). Though the Watch Level has been downgraded, the advisory level still warns motorists that travel or activities may be restricted in areas because of hazardous situations and advises that motorist avoid these areas. As of 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Indiana Department of Transportation announced drivers have made progress plowing drifted and snow-covered roads, but extremely hazardous icy conditions remain, and conditions may worsen overnight.
