Democrats in Kosciusko County have cancelled a fundraiser set for Sunday, July 26, that would have included gubernatorial candidate Woody Myer.

Sara McNeal-Strahan-Lenfestey ran as a democratic contender for the Warsaw City Council last year. McNeal-Strahan-Lenfestey, a native of Warsaw, said what drove her to run for public office was seeing the same people in office for 20 years without a lot of progress.
