ETNA GREEN — Etna Green Town Councilman Andrew Cook has recently submitted a declination of re-election by default to another term, effective Jan. 1. Cook ran unopposed in the election, and now there is a vacant seat on the council.

KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — Kosciusko County Councilman, District 2, James Moyer, has submitted his letter of resignation, effective Sept. 28.
