WARSAW — As part of a shorter than normal agenda, the Kosciusko County Board of Zoning Appeals granted an exception to Rob and Gayle Plummer to allow a home occupation business in a residential district. Approval was granted during the regular monthly meeting of the county BZA Tuesday, Dec. 8, in the Justice Building in Warsaw.
