SYRACUSE — During the regular monthly meeting of the Wawasee school board Tuesday evening, May 9, in Syracuse, the board heard recommendations from Kim Nguyen, Wawasee High School principal, about changes needed in some programs.
SYRACUSE — Wawasee High School’s marching band, known as the Marching Warrior Pride, qualified for the semi-state competition for the first time in the school’s history. A bronze rating at the Indiana State School Music Association’s regional contest Saturday, Oct. 15, at Chesterton High School was enough to qualify for the semi-state.
MIFORD — Milford’s town council made progress on its commitment to clean up unsafe buildings at its monthly public meeting Monday evening, Sept. 14.
