Keith Wagner, 81, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, June 1, 2013, in his residence. On Aug. 31, 1931, he was born in Kosciusko County, Ind., to Albert and Ines (Hatfield) Wagner.
