Kay I. Felts, 69, of Etna Green, Ind., passed away at 9:38 p.m. Tuesday, June 17, after a short illness, at Vibra Hospital in Fort Wayne, Ind.She was born on Aug. 24, 1944, in Elkhart County, Ind., to John and Lillian (Hartman) Morris.
