Two incumbents and one newcomer have won nominations for three Kosciusko County Council at-large seats in the Republican primary.

Kathy Groninger is concerned that financial challenges may lie ahead for our County as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.  The county funds many programs and Kathy wants to make certain that we are not just throwing money at problems but are rather obtaining the desired results.

Coronavirus was an issue heard repeatedly during parts of the wide-ranging candidate forum in Warsaw Friday night.

Kathy is passionate about Kosciusko County and wants to use her gifts and talents to make a difference for the county.  When asked what areas are of particular interest to her, Kathy states that she is interested in the criminal justice system, including the jail and community corrections.
