Katherine C. Yoder, 79, of Milford, Ind., passed away at 1:50 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013, at Frye Regional Medical Center in Hickory, N.C. She was born on Aug. 7, 1933, in Syracuse, Ind., to Jonas Russell and Mary A. (Droke) Kistler. She was a lifetime Kosciusko County area resident and attended Syracuse Public Schools. …read more.
