TIPPECANOE LAKE — HGTV is featuring Lake Tippecanoe on its “Lake Front Bargain Hunt” show. It will air for the first time 8:30 p.m. Easter Sunday, April 16. Deb Paton-Showley Group at Coldwell Banker Roth Wehrly Graber, Warsaw, just shared the news of the HGTV crew filming. Additional showings are scheduled for 3:30 a.m. Monday, April 17, and 7 p.m. Friday, May 5.

While the U.S. Postal Service’s woes might indicate handwritten correspondence is a dying art, fast replaced by electronic messaging, the tradition is still alive and kicking locally.
