Judy Dillman-Morganthaler, 72, of Syracuse, Ind., passed away Thursday, Dec. 26, 2013, at Miller’s Merry Manor in Syracuse. She was born Jan. 24, 1941, in Anderson, Ind., to Russ and Louise (Bookout) Regenold. Judy lived in the Syracuse area for the last 20 years coming from Anderson.
