Joyce Ann Overly, 73, of Decatur, died at 6:35 p.m. Monday, Aug. 10, 2015, at Adams Memorial Hospital in Decatur. She was born March 19, 1942, in Wabash, to Dorwin and Mildred (Baldinger) Barnett.
