WARSAW — Joshua Varab always seemed to find himself drawn to the humanities. At Bethel College he graduated with a degree in intercultural studies. Residing in Elkhart where he was born and raised, he found work with a local nonprofit organization for a year before discovering an exciting opportunity in Warsaw.
