Joseph G. Stump, 89, of Ligonier, passed away at 4:50 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 28, 2014, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. He was born on Jan. 3, 1925, to Asa and Pearl (Galloway) Stump in Kimmell. On Dec. 23, 1943, Joseph married Lois Winebrenner in Little Rock, Ark. She preceded him in death. …read more.
