John William “Bill” Bayne, 76, passed away with his family near on Thursday March 9, at Pilgrim Manor in Plymouth. Bill was born in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, Canada on October 16, 1940, to William and Effie (Ballsille) Bayne, where he graduated from high school.
