John Isaac Mullins, 87, of Etna Green, Ind., passed away at 2:50 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2014, at his residence. He was born on June 12, 1926, in Mishawaka, Ind., to Ira Lee Mullins and Elsie M.
