John D. McGinnis, 85, of rural Wabash, Ind., passed away at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2013, at his home. He was born Nov. 17, 1927, in Huntington County, Ind., to Theodore and Mary (Matthews) McGinnis. John was a truck driver, farmer and cared for race horses.
