Joe Conrad, 88, North Manchester, passed away at 1:31 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2014, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. He was born May 4, 1926, in Wabash County, to Lloyd and Eva (Unger) Conrad.
