An $8.5 million budget deficit is prompting job cuts at Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne. CTS Plans Job Cuts

Elkhart-based CTS Corp. is planning to reduce its global work force by 260. The company said the staff reduction is part of a restructuring plan that should help save approximately $6 million annually.
