Joan M. McKee, 77, North Manchester, Ind., passed away Sunday, Jan. 26, 2014, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind. She was born on Dec. 24, 1936, in Baldwin Park, Calif., to John and Marie O’Camb.
