NORTH WEBSTER — The four contracted areas of the projects are quickly approaching the substantial completion date of Dec. 27, with final touches being added to each area. Contract A, bid by Selge Construction, covers Shoe Lake, Irish Lake, Sawmill Lake and part of Sechrist and Barbee lakes. NORTH WEBSTER — The district voted with a five to one yes to put a plan in place for property owners to be added to the project who may have refused to join before, purchased new property within the district, or one of several other possible reasons.
