LEESBURG — A tentative budget of $345,100 for 2018 was approved by members of the Plain Township Advisory Board Tuesday afternoon.This budget is a $128,000 reduction over 2017. WARSAW — During its regular monthly meeting Wednesday afternoon, Feb. 3, in Warsaw, the Kosciusko County Area Planning Commission considered a rezoning petition for Chad and Annie Zartman in Plain Township. It soon became apparent more than a rezoning was involved, though eventually the APC chose to focus only on the rezoning.
