Jeffrey D. Poyser, age 60, of Cromwell, passed away at 4:06 p.m. Sunday, June 7, 2015,  at Avalon Village, Ligonier. He was born on Oct. 21, 1954, to Jess D. and Annie Mae (Kuhn) Poyser in LaGrange.
