Janice ‘Jan’ E. Fackler, 70, of Syracuse, Ind., passed away on Monday, Feb. 10, 2014, at her home. She was born on May 19, 1943, in Goshen, Ind., to M. Howard and Esther Berniece (Fisher) Berger.
