James I. “Cook” Taulbee 57, Kewanna, passed away at 5:11 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 1, 2019, at his residence. He was born Aug. 23, 1961, in Knox, the son of James Willie and EmoJean (Cole) Taulbee.
