SYRACUSE — James E. Caskey, president of the Kenneth and Lela Harkless Foundation, announced $85,500 in grants have been awarded to various organizations within the Syracuse community.

SYRACUSE — The Kenneth and Lela Harkless Foundation announces the foundation has awarded $90,000 in grants to organizations in the Syracuse community. According to James E.
