Jack R. Shoemaker, 74, died at 8:10 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 4, 2016, at his daughter’s residence in Rochester. He was born on Nov. 21, 1941, and named Jackie Ray Shoemaker in Indianapolis. Jack R. Keaffaber, 82, of Leesburg, Ind., passed away on June 9, 2013, at Millers Merry Manor in Warsaw, Ind. Arrangements are currently pending at the Eastlund Funeral Home.
