Ivan L. ‘JR’ Martz, 80, of Leesburg, Ind., passed away on Aug. 25, 2014, at the Hospice Home in Fort Wayne, Ind. He was born on July 27, 1934, to Ivan and Mildred (Stouder) Martz.
