Isabelle Irene “Isy” Eltzroth, 93, of Wabash, died at 2:38 p.m., Friday, June 7, 2019, at Bickford Cottage in Wabash. She was born Aug. 27, 1925, in Akron to Edward and Ethel (Shively) Miller.
