Irvin A. Jylland, 75, of Rochester, passed away at 10:30 p.m. Thursday, March 26, at Memorial Hospital of South Bend. Irvin was born in Rochester, Minn. on July 12, 1939, to Chester and Hazel Walker Jylland. Irvin worked at Winamac Spring and Coil until becoming disabled.
