WARSAW — Crews are responding to an industrial accident at Dalton Foundry, located at 1900 E. Jefferson St, Warsaw. It was reported a person’s foot was crushed under a forklift. The person was transported by Lutheran EMS.

Whitley County authorities are investigating the cause of an industrial accident at Steel Dynamics that killed a 44-year-old Albion man. According to a press release, Jeffery A.
