WARSAW — A plea agreement entered on Sept. 24, and accepted by the courts, set a sentence cap on a level 4 child molester. The cap is six years instead of the range of three years to 12 years as provided by state statute.

Bluffton police arrested Jeremy W. Reed, 37, an Indiana State Excise officer, March 30 on charges of sexual misconduct with a minor and dissemination of matter harmful to minors.
