SYRACUSE — Following Monday’s ice storm, Dec. 28, lack of power was a common issue throughout Syracuse and some parts of Milford and North Webster. Four days later, one strip of Syracuse businesses is still waiting in the dark.

KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — Fire departments throughout the county, as well as police agencies and county highway department, are responding to a number of calls of limbs down, trees downed, low hanging wires and wires down, along with numerous slide offs.
