NORTH WEBSTER — The closure of SR 13 on the south side of North Webster has ended. Bridgework on SR 13 near Backwater Road kept the state highway closed for more than two months. The road re-opened Thursday morning. The project began at the beginning of September.      

BOURBON — Triton senior Ross Johnson has been named to the All-Hoosier North Athletic Conference list.

CULVER — Triton wrestlers earned seven championship berths and three titles, and the Trojans secured an HNAC three-peat with 242 points ahead of runner-up LaVille’s 219 score at Saturday’s Hoosier North finale at Culver Community High School.

BOURBON — Bo Snyder threw for four touchdowns as the Trojans moved to a 3-0 start with a lopsided 50-13 Hoosier North win over Caston Friday.

CARMEL – Meghan Fretz of Wawasee slugged a home run Saturday for the North All-Star team in the ICGSA Softball Classic.
