Herbert Ross, 87, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 9:40 p.m. Monday, Jan. 14, 2013,  in Miller’s Merry Manor, Warsaw. He was born Feb. 21, 1925, to Jennings and Gladys (Bloom) Ross in Kosciusko County, Ind. He was a World War II veteran, receiving the Purple Heart.
