COLUMBIA CITY — TOPS Club Inc., known as Take Off Pounds Sensibly, announced members of TOPS 1051 in Columbia City recently named Nancy Peterson as their new chapter leader. Other officers were also elected, including the co-leader, secretary and treasurer.
