Harold R. Walters, 83, North Manchester, died at 1:38 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 27, 2014, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. He was born May 12, 1931, in Ligonier, to Sherwin and Ruby (Cornelius) Walters.
