Harold A. “Bud” Garber, 87, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 2:56 p.m. Monday, March 4, 2013, in Miller’s Merry Manor, Warsaw. He was born July 26, 1925, to Ralph and Luetta (Rouch) Garber.
