Harlan J. Wuthrich, 84, of Milford, Ind., passed away Sunday, May 26, 2013, at Lakeland Healthcare and Rehabilitation. He was born Aug. 22, 1928, in Milford to Peter and Laura (Graff) Wuthrich.
